Here are a few questions along with their answers about ordering one of our fantastic custom photo purses

1 – Q – How will I get my photo or graphic to you?

A – You will be sent an email at the time of your order that will describe how to send your photo to us via email. Horizontal photos work best as vertical photos will not fill up the front of the purse. We will however adjust your vertical photo in order to make it horizontal in order to fit on the front of the purse.

2- The clamps on the removable shoulder strap are nickel free.

3- Q – Can I have a different graphic on each side?

A -Yes, this is known as our Photo Image Purse “Duo”. There is an additional charge of $15.00 for two different graphics on the same purse and this is reflected in the price of the “Duo” price at the time of checkout.

4- Your custom image is part of the entire sides of outside of the Custom Photo Purse and not just dropped into a clear sleeve… its our own custom creation.

5- Delivery time on your custom made purse can be dependent upon when we receive your image via email. We cannot complete your purse without the image that you will provide to us.

6- Q – How can I upload my image to you?

A -You may upload images in JPEG or TIFF formats by emailing them when you receive a response email from us confirming your order. In replying to our email, just attach your JPEG or TIFF image in the body of the email. Images should be of at least a medium resolution to use on your custom purse. If you need instructions on how to add an attachment to email just do a Google search on the subject for all of the information that you may need.

6A – Q – I have a photograph “print” that needs to be digitized or scanned so I can send it to you…. what can I do about this?

A – There are several things that you can do.

* You could find a friend or family member that will scan this for you and give you the digital file to send to us.

** You could go to a drug store and have your photo scanned and given to you on a disk.

7- Shipping is by first class mail via the United States Parcel Service and can take up to 7 days to reach you once your purse is complete.

8- Custom purses are nonreturnable because they are a one of a kind item crafted just for you. Please see our return policy below

9- Q – Will you use copyrighted graphics on your purses?  A – Unless you own the copyright to your images we cannot place them on your purse as it would be considered copyright infringement. Basically any family photo that you have belongs to you and can be freely used on your purse.

10- Q – Will you “Photoshop” my images?

A -We will only perform very basic image conditioning for brightness and contrast, nothing more. What you send to us is what you can expect to see on your purse.

11- Q- Is there a discount for ordering more than one purse?

A-Yes, we do offer special discounts when ordering more than two purses. Please check with our sales department by emailing them at sales@camerafashion.com for a quotation. Just give them your details.

12- Q – My business is recognizing some of the women in my company. Will you place my companies LOGO on your purses?

A-Yes, we will hand craft purses just for you and your occasion as long as you own or control the copyright for the company in question. Please contact our sales department via email – sales@yourartmeetsfashion.com for additional information and quantity discount information.


What’s your return policy?

Our purses are custom made one of a kind creations that are made by hand using the image that you supply to us. Because of this our return policy is restricted to workmanship only. The following workmanship is guaranteed for 30 days and is defined as the hinges, magnetic clasp and overall purse construction. The outside of the purse is water resistant but not water proof, meaning that a few sprinkles of water  are OK, but a soaking is not.


We Use Pay Pal For Accepting Cards

We use Pay Pal for our card payment system. Your statement will read: Mindtek Intellectual Properties LTD (our parent company) for your purse order. Thanks


Do you have customer service?

Our customer service is via email and we do our best to get back to you within one day of contacting us.
